No-Shave November Arrives

It goes by many names: No-Shave November, Movember, or even Mustache Month. You’ve all heard of this crazy month where dudes go wild in the facial hair department. But what is it really?

            No Shave November is a month dedicated to the growth of beards, mustaches, sideburns, and just about every other type of facial hair in existence. No one knows when it really began. Even then, No Shave November remains popular across all ages capable of growing those whiskers.

            Some take it further. Movember is a month-long fund raiser dedicated to prostate and colon cancer. Members grow illustrious mustaches throughout the month, raising money towards cures for these diseases. According to the Movember Foundation, “global participation cllimbed to 255,755, with over one million donors raising 42 million dollars.”
