I’ll be headed to San Jose City College in the fall for football. Similar to most recruitment processes, I was first noticed during the start of the season. Recruiters showed up to one of my first games in the fall, and later took interest in me. They invited me to visit the campus soon after, which I did: and I really liked what they had to offer. 

More than the fact that it’s close to home or that I found the campus nice, I liked the fact that the college advertised a lot of social mobility. My goal is to one day be at a D1 college for football, and it seems I can get one step closer to that dream at San Jose City College.
