The tree is decorated with about 43,000 gold and white lights, evoking a warm charm and creating a comforting atmosphere for visitors. The tree is the focal point, and surrounding it are shopping complexes, allowing visitors to shop while they experience the lights. There is also a small ice rink for visitors to enjoy. The Christmas tree elevates the whole setting, while also being the main source of illumination. There are not many other lights surrounding the area, and it would have created a more festive look if the other shops were decorated. Over 80 houses decorate their front yards with thousands of Christmas lights and hundreds of cut-out cardboard characters from famous movies and tv shows. Some of the memorable characters seen include Charlie Brown, Disney princesses like Snow White, and Mickey Mouse. The experience is especially unique as it is completely drive-through, so viewers can pass by houses in the comfort of their own cars. Crippsmas place is a recognition of community and lasting tradition to spread Christmas spirit every year. I would rate it a 9.5/10 for creativity and uniqueness.
