After eighteen years of thrills and chills, the acclaimed Halloween-themed event “Pirates of Emerson” has relocated. This year’s haunted house is now in Pleasanton.
“BART started construction on Warm Springs,” said employee Karl Fields. “We could not find another suitable location in Fremont.” Pirates of Emerson is a popular at Irvington as a volunteering opportunity. “We have 8-10 fundraising groups participate each year,” said Mr. Fields.
An extremely popular event, Pirates of Emerson has had high attendance throughout its history. “We are running about 35% more people than last year,” Mr. Fields said.
