In December of 2020, the Irvington Voice conducted its first ever Associated Student Government (ASG) evaluation survey with the goal of accurately gauging the student body’s opinions on ASG’s performance. In the next weeks, our survey garnered 433 responses for most questions and 241 for three questions that were added on later. Our standard for a representative sample is 200 results, and we reached out to teachers representing multiple subjects to make sure that a variety of students had the opportunity to fill out the form.
All quantitative results are below; free response answers are available upon request via email. The majority of questions received 433 responses, but three questions that were added later on received 241 responses.
Below are the results for each question.

The other questions we asked were “How have ASG’s actions impacted you?”; “Are there any particular improvements you’d like ASG to make?”; and “Do you have any experiences with ASG you would like to share? If you would like to elaborate on a response, use the space below.”
The responses to these questions will be shared via email upon request.
Thank you to every student who filled out our survey and every teacher who shared our survey with their classes.
