New features and multiplayer modes create a better gaming experience
The popular first person shooter series, Modern Warfare, is back and better than ever. A highly anticipated game, Modern Warfare 3 presents several new gaming modes and features that make it more fun for serious gamers and casual players. It has been released for Xbox 360, PS3, PC, and Wii (the last of which seems to be the most disliked platform for this game).
In MW3, the graphics and sound definitely have improved, but that’s not what gamers are talking about. The main attractions of the game include a new kill streak system, now called point streaks. This point streak system allows players to obtain points through other methods besides kills, such as completing certain tasks. In addition, there are three new game modes: Survival, Kill Confirmed, and Team Defender. In Survival, you must fight off waves of enemies that escalate in difficulty every time. In Kill Confirmed, you must pick up your victim’s dog tag to confirm your kill. If your opponent gets to the dog tag first, you won’t get credit for that kill. In Team Defender, teams must capture a flag and hold it to get double points on their kills.
All in all, Call of Duty: MW3 is a complete game with new multiplayer modes, bigger and more elaborate maps, an interesting campaign, and an exciting gaming experience.
