Arya Sureshbabu is a senior and this is her second year on the Voice staff. Last year, she served as News Apprentice and wrote several opinions articles on topics ranging from affirmative action to Voltaire, who just happens to be her favorite French philosopher.
When she isn’t writing or reading, Arya likes to analyze Disney movies for hints of symbolism or literary allusions, have deep yet angsty philosophical discussions that make her rethink the meaning of life, and apply Les Mis lyrics or Pride and Prejudice quotes to her (sadly) far-from-nineteenth-century life.
