Homecoming Court 2013: Nish Dara
Interview by Kelsey Ichikawa
Q: How do you feel being nominated for Homecoming King?
A: I feel really humbled honored to be on Court.
Q: What is your definition of Homecoming King?
A: You should be a model Viking not only in academics but in extracirruculars and social areas
Q: Why did you apply?
A: I don’t want my kids to look back and think I was lame in high school.
Q: Tell us something embarrassing about yourself.
A: One time Michelle, Julianne, and I were cleaning out the storage room for ASB detention, and we decided to try on all the huge clothes. We layered on all these bulky costumes and took silly pictures, but what we didn’t know was that there was a camera in the closet and Mr. Willer could see what we were doing the whole time!
Q: Anything else you want to say?
A: I want to let Irvington students know that failure leads to success and that fish are friends, not food.
